Still havent got my money back
Still havent got my money back from a cancelled preorder (which i didnt even cancel!) this was over a year ago now

Avoid at all cost
What a mistake dealing with this company was. I ordered a jumper before Christmas to give as a gift and they missed the delivery deadline, meaning I was gone already when the parcel arrived. After the holiday I had to return the jumper I no longer needed and their automated returns system made me use Evri. Posted the thing back on the 3rd of January, it's the 16th today and the parcel is still showing as 'on it's way back, contact the vendor'. When I contact their customer service, they say they can't refund me, as the parcel has not reached their warehouse. Where is it then?...
AVOID AT ALL COST.

Absolute joke of a company ordered…
Absolute joke of a company ordered nearly 4 weeks ago still says processing, so many emails back and fourth and all of them they say different story’s from it will be sent out to it’s not in stock to we will cancel it , asked for money back which they said yes but they still not gave me when I message again they say they can’t ??? stay away from them

Stock was unavailable after ordering
I placed an order but was then told the item was now unavailable. I was refunded but seeing as it’s so close to Christmas, this wasn’t the best outcome.

Lies about pre-orders.
I made a preorder for a project I had been following intently through this site since I could not preorder from the distributor site as they did not deliver to Australia, I was left waiting and when I requested any updates, they didn't have any information for me. I can now no longer purchase this item anywhere without scalping price markups, not only have I had my time wasted but due to mygeekbox lying about preorders, I am now forced to pay exorbitant prices for an item that I had followed from development and gotten in early on, I find this entirely unprofessional.

Please don't use this site, they do not deserve any business.

Issue resolved
After having an issue with a delayed delivery and a refund problem because of a one4all gift card I'm glad to say the issue I had has been resolved. I appreciate the fast response from geekbox and will be changing my rating to 5 star, thankyou!

Item hasn’t come and no communication!
Ordered a toy on 6th…..still hasn’t arrived and was my sons main birthday present! No reply to my email! It’s been 13 days totally unacceptable! Please don’t give me that generic response to my complaint saying to get intouch because you don’t reply to emails!

The items were never sent even though they were not listed as pre orders supposedly were in stock and just said processing

Update they have refused to say if they even have the items in stock & refused to cancel the order I wish I'd seen the reviews here before I ordered from them.

WARNING .....Avoid Avoid Avoid this company like the plague, I purchased an item back in May and still waiting for it! I've sent multiple requests asking for a refund, all of which have been totally ignored or emails skirting around issue saying its still due in from supplier. I want my money back, plain and simple, how hard is that unless the company is finacially struggling?

Massive Scam! Very disappointed!! :(
Ordered some figures for over £100 at the time it was a pre order but it’s been stuck on the processing bar for months no questions were answered either! No one has helped and I feel I have been scammed! I do not recommend ordering from!

the item had a 2-3 day delivery it arrived 2 weeks late from AMERICA? buying from a uk site and seeing no description the film was a import I would not of purchased .this was a birthday present so the surprise was ruined I will never use again

If you’re buying for a birthday, look elsewhere…
Bought an item from Geekbox for a birthday present for my partner on the 28th July. I assumed it would be shipped from the UK and delivered well in advance of his birthday on the 6th August. Have since discovered that it is en route from America and won’t be here until at least 11th August. Really disappointed with the delivery times and won’t be using them again.

Pre ordered set never came....
I pre ordered a set expecting it to be on or before the actual release date. No communication was of any use at all just generic answers to any queries. After 2 months of this I realised they never had any intention of fulfilling this order or had actually ordered any of these in the first place.I cancelled and got my money back. For weeks I had my 9 year old asking when it was arriving. Disappointing from start to finish.

Unfortunate mixup!
I ordered a jumper which said on the website would be delivered by this week and unfortunately there were shipping issues and the item hadn’t been sent. I requested a refund which has been processed and although it’s disappointing it’s great to see a business that is responsive to its customers.

Terrible service & stolen money
I purchased a preorder back in July 2021, not only did they continually push back when I’ll receive my order they ended up canceling it. Saying they will give me a refund in 3-5 days I have never received the refund & have been in a constant back & forth with their customer service team, refusing to give my money back. They have stolen $200 from me & are not giving it back.
